We help our clients implement their estate planning objectives by structuring a transaction for a trustee or executor and by consulting with fiduciaries on complex issues that arise in the course of administration. We represent executors and trustees in the administration of substantial and complex estates and trusts. We represent beneficiaries on how to protect their interests in trusts and estates.
